Description:
Fennel is a hardy perennial herb. It can grow to a height of 2.5 meters, is pink-green in straight shape, and has a hollow stem. The leaves can be up to 40 cm long. Its tail section is elongated, about 0.5 mm wide. (Its leaves are similar to dill, but more slender) The flowers are in 5-15cm wide umbels, each umbel has 20 to 50 tiny yellow flowers. The fruit is 4-10 mm long, half a millimeter wide or smaller, with pink-green seeds with shallow grooves on the surface.
